 note = {本稿は介護保険の導入以降に展開されてきた地域高齢者に対する介護予防について，長崎市の実践を紹介し，今後の介護予防事業の取り組みについて述べた．長崎市の介護予防事業は，在宅介護支援センターの主催により地域展開にまで至り，専門職の関わりにより実践プログラムを作成し，有効性を示してきた．これらの実践から，専門職による方法論の確立と有効性の実証，他スタッフによる実践，高齢者主体の活動への支援が重要と思われた．今後の介護予防事業においては，再度，高齢者の生活圏域の評価及び調査から方策を検討し，専門職の関わりにより実践プログラムの検討と事業の有効性を導き出す必要がある．, With regard to prevention programs aimed at alleviating the nursing-care requirements of elderly people in local communities, which have developed since the introduction of nursing-care insurance, this article has looked at the state of implementation in Nagasaki City and discussed prevention initiatives that will be pursued in the future. The scope of the Nagasaki City initiative has expanded to include community-based activities led by home-care support centers, and as part of this initiative, implementation programs have been formulated with the assistance of specialist personnel and have proved to be effective. Through this implementation, the importance of the establishment of methodologies by specialist personnel and the demonstration of their efficacy, implementation by other staff members, and the support of these activities by elderly people themselves was recognized.
