The purpose of the lecture was for students to study the nursing process. We used "opposite word"pairs as the stimulus words, such as "difficult/easy" and "interest/uninterested", to draw out responses from the students. Their responses were categorized into seven categories. We evaluated them in order to improve the lecture. We found that students felt that the concept/ knowledge(CK)was "difficult and interesting" and "difficult and deep" in clinical exercises.
