The purpose of the lecture was for students to study the nursing process. We used \"opposite word\"pairs as the stimulus words, such as \"difficult/easy\" and \"interest/uninterested\", to draw out responses from the students. Their responses were categorized into seven categories. We evaluated them in order to improve the lecture. We found that students felt that the concept/ knowledge（CK）was \"difficult and interesting\" and \"difficult and deep\" in clinical exercises.
