 note = {長崎市において，地域で高齢者への援助活動を行っている民生委員に対し，活動に対する考えを明らかにすることを目的として調査を実施した．３つの異なる地区特性を持つ地区から選ばれた，代表的な９人の民生委員に聞き取りを実施した．地域援助活動に対する思いをKJ法によって分析した．その結果，陰性から陽性まで，さまざまな思いがあることが明らかとなった．陰性感情は，困難感や悩みから成り立っていた．陽性感情は，ケースとの関わりから得た自身へのよい影響と，民生委員同士の連帯や協働から得たものから成り立っていた．活動の質に影響を及ぼす民生委員の活動意欲を維持・向上するためには，相談や支援体制，継続教育，民生委員同士の連帯，活動評価を含めたアクティブなサポートシステムが必要であろう．, This study aimed to make clear the working motivation of local welfare workers in Nagasaki city, Japan. Representative 9 local welfare workers from 3 local areas that have different characteristic were selected. Face to face interviews with structured open questions/guideline were conducted. Collected data were analyzed by KJ method. We found the diversity of motivation among workers. The negative sense, associate with low motivation was consisted of difficulty and anxiety for activities. On the other hand, contentment and valuable experience by welfare activities, and good relationship with co-workers make the positive sense, which is associated with high motivation To keep and improve high working motivation which influence on quality of activity, active support system which include consultation, education, network among co-workers, and evaluation should be considered., 保健学研究. 2008, 20(2), p. 25-29},
