The reduction surgery was performed on 52.6% patients. There were 47.4% perioperative complications-66.7% respiratory, 33.3% cardiovascular and 22.2% postoperative delirum. One case had operative death for postoperative pneumonia because of MRSA infection due to unsterile conditions caused by a medical staff. The authors suggest that postoperative delirum has become an important subject, because of the problems in elderly care by other elderly family and proximaly to other patients.
