 note = {介護支援専門員を対象に，介護保険制度下での住宅改修・福祉用具供給業務に関するアンケート調査を行った．その結果，両サービスの供給制度について十分理解できていない者も存在し，実際の提供件数も介護支援専門員によってばらつきが見られた．また，どちらのサービス提供においても，判断が難しく，利用者の希望に流されやすい傾向にあると回答した者が多かった．これらの結果から，介護支援専門員に対する実務研修の内容の検討や介護支援専門員に対する適切な助言・指導のためのシステム構築が必要であると結論した．, In order to identify the present state of services for support home facility improvement and supply technical aids under long-term care insurance programs, care managers were asked to respond to a questionnaire. The results indicated that some care managers were not sufficiently knowledgeable about the system for supplying these services, and there was a significant difference in the number of services supplied by different care managers. Many care managers responded that, regardless of the nature of the service, they had problems when it came to making decisions, and that they were generally compelled to act according to the wishes of the service users. These results suggest that the training system for care managers needs to be improved, and that occupational and physical therapists need to provide adequate advice to care managers regarding the supply of services.
