@article{oai:nagasaki-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00019962, author = {石原, 和子 and 松本, 麻里 and 岡田, 純也 and 志水, 友加}, issue = {2}, journal = {長崎大学医学部保健学科紀要, Bulletin of Nagasaki University School of Health Sciences}, month = {Dec}, note = {臨地実習教育のあり方に関する基礎資料を得る目的で,学生の自己評価を基に現在の臨地実習展開と学生の学習効果を振り返って見た.その結果は以下のように要約された。 1.教師の期待項目のうち,「意識・意欲・感性」,「専門職としての役割・態度」,「看護観」の項目で学生の自己評価が高かったことから,臨地実習指導者による指導の影響をうけていることが示唆された. 2.学生が学んだ内容(細目)の自己評点は,「知識・技術の統合性」,「実践」の項目で低かった. 3.「自己評価表の達成度」は,すべての項目で,学生評価が教官評価よりも高かった. 4.実習を通して自己評価を有効に活用するフィードバックの必要性が示唆された., We investigated the development of clinical nursing and evaluated what nursing students had learned based on a student self-evaluation, and thus obtained fundamental information regarding what type of training for clinical nursing is expected by the students. The following results were obtained: 1. The nursing students highly evaluated such items as 「awareness, eagerness, sensibility」, 「professional role and attitude」, 「the nurses' view of nursing」. These findings suggested that nursing students were therefore impressed with their instructors. 2. The nursing students did not highly regard such items as 「unification of knowledge and the skills」 and 「general nursing skills」. 3. The students' own evaluation scores were higher than those given by the teachers'. 4.
