The average burnout score was 3.34, and the percentage of burnout was 24.4%. Young nurses marked the higher burnout score than older and/or administrative nurses. Nurses marked higher scores in psychological scales of THI than other female groups, while their physical scores didn't differ with others. Nurses with high burnout scores marked higher scores in most of the THI scales. By multiple regression analysis, their burnout score correlated most strongly with the depressiveness score. It was also related with age in the negative mode, the score of many subjective symptoms, and the impulsiveness score.
