 note = {「医学・看護学に共通な患者や家族へのコミュニケーションについて学び，それぞれの立場から支援のあり方について意見交換する」という目的で，模擬患者とのコミュニケーション演習を看護学生と医学部生との合同で行った．各学生が両者の職種をどのように捉えているかを演習前後に調査した．その結果，看護学生は医師に対して，実習前には「診療や治療」というイメージを持ち，それが演習後には「インフォームドコンセントや看護職との連携を重視したクライエント中心」というイメージを持った．医学生は看護職に対して，実習前には「補助者としての役割」というイメージを持ち，演習後には「看護の専門性をみとめた理解」というイメージを持った．以上のことから，合同演習による共習が相互理解と協働に向けて有効な教育方法であることがわかった．, A communication training session using simulated patients was conducted. Both medical students and nursing students were participated. The aim of the session is to learn communication skills with patients and their families, as well as to understand the roles of doctors and nurses in clinical settings. Medical students and nursing students played roles together and made communication with simulated patients. Eighty-one medical students and 75 nursing students were asked about images of both doctors and nurses before and after the training session. Nursing students before the session described their image of the role of doctors as medical examination and treatment. Then after the session it changed to getting informed consent with patients and to cooperating with nurses. Medical students before the session described their image of the role of nurses as assistance for treatment. It changed after the session to a collaborating medical staffs (doctors and nurses) with patients, and medical students understand the importance of nursing.
