@article{oai:nagasaki-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00019999, author = {石原, 和子 and 志水, 友加}, issue = {1}, journal = {長崎大学医学部保健学科紀要, Bulletin of Nagasaki University School of Health Sciences}, month = {Jun}, note = {本短期大学部看護学科3年次生35名を対象に行った「がん看護特論」の講義の概要と講義の仕方と講義内容に対する看護学生の反応を「講義評価票」を用いて検討した. 講義に対する理解の程度は,「がんサバイバーシップ」の概念やがん治療に関する治療理念が学生にとって理解しにくいものであることが分かった.講義内容に関する学生の評価で「分かりやすさ」,「刺激と興味」の評価が高かったものは"がんと生きる患者と家族の交流誌"資料のグループワークによる実践的な学びであった.また,「将来役に立つ」では,「死の医学」,「ストレス・コーピング」理論のVTRによる授業は学生の将来展望へと開かれていた.「講義評価票」は講義担当者に対する学生の迎合的な側面も推測され限界もあるが,評価票を活用することは,学生の理解力の察知と共に講義担当者と学生との双方向的学習を深める意義と授業改善の検討に資することができる., The outline of the lectures of "Cancer Nursing" given to 35 third-year students at the Department of Nursing of our junior college, the manner in which the lectures were conducted, and the contents of the lectures were evaluated according to the responses of the students observed in their entries in "Lecture Evaluation Slips". Concerning the students' understanding of the lectures, the concept of "cancer survivorship" and theories of treating cancer were found to be difficult for the students to understand. As for the contents of the lectures, the scores of "clearness" and "stimulation and interest" were high in the practical learning by Group work using "the Journal of Patients Who Live with Cancer and their Families" as the material. The score of "useful for the future" was high in the lectures on "thanatology" and "stress coping" using VTR materials.
