 note = {本研究の目的は，長崎大学医学部附属病院における血液透析の変遷を明らかにし，歴史をまとめることである．国外では，1960年代から血液透析が進歩していったが，本大学でも1962年早期から急性腎不全患者の血液透析による救命で血液透析が開始された．肝炎の問題と改善，透析方法の改善，透析医療の発展，腎移植の研究・実施，など，試行錯誤を繰り返し血液透析医療が行われてきた．一方，看護でも医療の発展と共に業務内容の改善がなされ，1970年以降専任の看護体制となり，透析の介助・観察，合併症への対処などが行われた．また，同年腎不全センターへ移行し，1993年では全国国立大学で８番目に腎疾患治療部が設置された．, The purpose of this study is to clarify the history of dialyzing treatment and nursing in Nagasaki University Hospital. In abroad hemodialysis treatment has been developed in the 1960s, on the other hand Department of Urology, Nagasaki University Hospital has first introduced hemodialysis treatment into acute renal failure therapy in the early 1962. They succeeded in this treatment of the first patient. At the begining hepatitis due to Au antigen was the big problem.
