 note = {長崎市内及び近郊の通所事業所を対象に，手工芸活動の現状を把握するためのアンケート調査を行った．その結果，実施頻度や目的には，通所リハビリテーション事業所と通所介護事業所で違いが認められたが，実際に行われている手工芸種目は，両事業所とも，簡単で導入がしやすく，低コストである折り紙，貼り絵，塗り絵などが多かった．手工芸活動の運営は大半の事業所において介護職員・看護師が担当しており，作業療法士（OT）が勤務している事業所はまだまだ少なく，様々な課題を抱えながら運営されていることなどが明らかとなった．これらの結果より，通所事業所に勤務するOTの増加が望まれると共に，作業療法士会などが中心となって，手工芸担当者を対象にした研修会の開催や，各事業所の勉強会への講師派遣などを行っていく必要があると思われた．, A survey was conducted to learn about the arts and crafts activities being conducted at day activity centers in the city of Nagasaki and its suburbs. The results showed differences in the frequency and purpose of the activities depending on whether they were performed at a day care or a day service, but the types of arts and crafts done at both types of facilities were often simple, easy-to-teach, low-cost projects such as paper folding, collage making, and coloring. At the majority of the facilities, caregivers or nurses oversaw the arts and crafts activities, and the number of facilities with occupational therapists (OT) on staff is still few. It was found that these types of facilities were faced with many challenges in their operations.
