| 内容記述 | From 6 to 7, September 1991, the study was undertaken to examine the distribution of cave bats and their endoparasite fauna in Saga Prefecture. A small number of individuals of Rhinolophus cornutus cornutus were observed in a disused air-raid shelter at Yobuko-chô. A matenity colony composed of 400-450 individuals of Miniopterus schreibersii fuliginosus and Myotis macrodactylus, and a small number of individuals of R. ferrumequinum nippon were confirmed in the Third Minato Tunnel at Karatsu-shi. A small number of individuals of M. schreibersii fuliginosus, R. ferrumequinum nippon and R. cornutus cornutus were observed in the Yakataishi Tunnel at Karatsu-sh. On the other hand, a small number of individuals of R. ferrumequinum nippon were observed in four disused air-raid shelters at Takueshi. M. s. fuliginosus of the Third Minato Tunnel were infected with three species of parasites, including two cestodes, one nematode and two trematodes. Nematodes constitute the major of helminthes recovered, 73% of the host being parasitized; cestodes were next in abundance (27%) and trematodes 14%. Myotis macrodaclylus were infected with two species of parasites, including one cestode and four trematodes. R. cornutus cornutus of Yobuko-chô and R. ferrumequinum nippon of Taku-shi were infected with no endoparasites. | |||||||
