| 内容記述 | Global Minimum Tax (GMT) is one of the most significant tax reforms in recent decades. While legal frameworks have been widely studied, little research has connected GMT's operational challenges with practical digital transformation strategies. Existing reports often remain descriptive, without linking day-to-day bottlenecks to technological design. This paper addresses that gap. To our knowledge, it is among the first to frame GMT compliance through the perspective of “Tax DX.” We analyze how process redesign, integrated data management, and automation can support sustainable compliance, and we compare leading Pillar Two solutions against a structured evaluation rubric. | |||||||
