| 内容記述 | This paper develops Dynamic Temporal Capability (DTC) theory, conceptualizing organizations’ capacity to intentionally design and reconfigure temporal structures. While existing research treats time as a socially constructed phenomenon, DTC theory positions temporal structures as strategically manipulable resources. We introduce the S-O-R-D model (Synchrony, Orchestration, Regulation, Divergence), extending Lawrence and Lorsch's differentiation-integration framework to temporal dimensions. Central to DTC is the concept of temporal misalignment (Δt), which generates organizational tension enabling both innovation and coordination. This theoretical framework bridges organizational temporality research, dynamic capabilities theory, and paradox theory, offering a comprehensive approach to understanding how organizations actively manage multiple temporal rhythms. | |||||||
