The molecular mechanism of leukemogenesis has not yet been elucidated. However, several studies have suggested that aberrations in signal transduction in virus-infected T cells are involved in the development of the disease. For instance, NF-ホコB/Rel, AP-1, and Jak/STAT signaling pathways are transiently activated in normal T cells by growth-signals, whereas they are constitutively deployed in HTLV-I-infected T-cell lines. The HTLV-I viral transactivator Tax has oncogenic properties, and is a key molecule in ATL development. Tax activates several transcription factors, including NF-ホコB/Rel and AP-1 in HTLV-I-transformed T-cell lines, and induces the expression of STAT proteins. Unlike HTLV-I-transformed T-cell lines, primary ATL cells express low levels of Tax protein. Nevertheless, the NF-ホコB/Rel, AP-1, and Jak/STAT signaling pathways in primary ATL cells are also constitutively activated. Thus, the aberration in signal transduction pathway may be a common key factor to prolonged survival and proliferation of HTLV-Iinfected T cells in vitro and in vivo, but the mechanisms seem to be different. Aberration in signal transduction could be targeted for the therapeutic control of HTLV-I-associated disease.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_64":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Acta medica Nagasakiensia. 2000, 45(3-4), p.1-8","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_source_id_10":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA00508430","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_3_source_id_7":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"00016055","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_3_text_62":{"attribute_name":"sortkey","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"P00001-P00008"}]},"item_3_version_type_16":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Mori, Naoki"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Fujii, Masahiro"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Yamamoto, Naoki"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2020-12-23"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"acta45_03_01_t.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"1.1 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"acta45_03_01_t.pdf","url":"https://nagasaki-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/20217/files/acta45_03_01_t.pdf"},"version_id":"04e55af1-e5d8-4815-9de2-324eb4af0968"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"ATL","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"HTLV-I","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Tax","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"NF-KB/Rel","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"AP-1","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Jak/STAT","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Review Article Aberration in Signal Transduction Pathway in Human T-Cell Leukemia Virus Type I-Infected T Cells","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Review Article Aberration in Signal Transduction Pathway in Human T-Cell Leukemia Virus Type I-Infected T Cells"}]},"item_type_id":"3","owner":"2","path":["1398"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2008-03-13"},"publish_date":"2008-03-13","publish_status":"0","recid":"20217","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Review Article Aberration in Signal Transduction Pathway in Human T-Cell Leukemia Virus Type I-Infected T Cells"],"weko_creator_id":"2","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2024-04-17T04:03:31.381392+00:00"}
