 note = {The dispersal and disseminules of several Gramineae species were observed in Nagasaki Prefecture.Anemochores, epizoochores and hydrochores were clearly distinguished. The disseminule types were classified into following four types: caryopsis type, caryopsis+lemma type, caryopsis+lemma+palea type and caryopsis+ lemma+palea+glume type, The last type was the most common. The disseminule weights perlOO grains varied from I3.64 ± 1.88mg for Digitaria violascens to 997.60± 73.55mg for Themeda japonica.
