A twinned crystal is composed of two plate crystals grown in the +c and -c directions. CdS and CdSe twinned crystals with a composition plane (1011) were also grown by the sublimation method. The twin crystals look like branch crystals growing around an original (central) c-needle which grow in the -c direction. These branch crystals make an angle of 56° with the original c-needle. They grow in the +c direction in CdS and in the -c direction in CdSe., 長崎大学教養部紀要. 自然科学篇. 1982, 22(2), p.1-10}, pages = {1--10}, title = {II-VI化合物双晶結晶の成長機構}, volume = {22}, year = {1982} }
