 note = {The Hyogoken-Nanbu Earthquake occurred on January 17, 1995 in Kobe district. This earthquake caused a heavy loss of human lives. There were huge damages by liquefaction, landslide, fire and so on. In this paper, stricken areas before the earthquake are compared with the same areas after that by using satellite image data of MOS and LANDSAT, and analyzed environmental factors.
