The elastoplastic tangent stiffness matrix in the method is constructed by using the tangent coefficient matrix obtained by the numerical integration of the handening moduli of the fibers about the member section to calculate the generaliged plastic strain incremants. The assumptions that a column deforms in a body and behaves according to the Bernoulli-Euler hypothesis are made in the analysis.
