In this study, the policy change in the north part of the Goto Islands, Nagasaki after the law revise was investigated by field survey, literature study and satellite remote sensing analysis. In the study area, corresponding the law revise, various activities are proposed e.g. development of information and welfare infrastructure, promotion of fishery and the local industry (especially concerning camellia oil), boosting blue/green tourisms.
