 note = {A single intravenous injection of bovine pineal extracts in adult male dogs did not significantly alter the secretion of testicular 17-oxosteroids for up to 4 hours after the administration. The testicular secretory response to hurnan chorionic gonadotrophin (HCG) was also not affected by treatment with pineal extracts.
