We can use environmental management system [EMS] as this model. In early research on EMS of educational institution there is a earlier practice report than theoretical research from character of continuous improvement of EMS. In the theory there is a report in which Ishii (2002) combined elements of the case with each school and made "School version super-ISO" but did not make the best use of the characteristic of the educational institution. This paper has aimed to propose EMS "High school EMS" that made the best use of the characteristic of the educational institution as one reference model of environmental measures in the high school. First, we analyze the current state of environmental measures in the high school and understand the necessary element in EMS and the problem of environmental measures by the preliminary research (2). Next, we confirm the location of "High school EMS" in the entire EMS, understand the characteristic in the high school and change the claims postulated of the standard of ISO14001 for that of high school (3). We arrange the example of each claims postulated by examining the school in Kunimi high school (4). And, we verify the validity of the arrangement of (3) by measuring the solution condition of the problem of (2) (5).
