The fact was confirmed that children suffering from lifestyle-related diseases are on the increase and that a rather high percentage of children have an excessive fat intake. The ratio of fat-derived energy was also proved to be high in many school lunch services. In consideration of the great influence of school lunch services on the health of children, the target ratio indication of fat-derived energy should be lowered to 25%-30%, or to 25%.
