@article{oai:nagasaki-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00022416, author = {森下, 路子 and 川崎, 涼子 and 中尾, 理恵子 and 半澤, 節子}, issue = {2}, journal = {保健学研究}, month = {}, note = {A町の75歳以上の後期高齢の独居女性32名の生活状況の実態を把握し,高齢者のQOLや社会活動と,居住歴・健康・生活状況との関連を見た.その結果,1)A町の75歳以上独居の女性は,平均居住年数39年,ひとり暮らし年数16.5年であった.2)いきいき社会活動チェック表による社会活動は全般に低く,その中で個人的活動はわずかに高かった.3)高齢者のQOL質問表によるQOLでは,同年齢の女性と比較して,経済的ゆとり満足感,健康満足感が低かった.4)QOLを高める要因としては,個人活動,食事を自分でつくる,毎日風呂に入る,低くする要因としては,一人暮らし年数,年齢,外出制限,不眠であることが示唆された., Objectives : This study aims to clarify the actual state of the lifestyles of 32 elderly women aged 75 years and older living alone in A Town, and to investigate whether their QOL and social activities are correlated with their length of residence, their health, and their living conditions.Methods : Questionnaire survey based on interview.Results : 1) The length of residence of the women aged 75 years and older living alone in A Town was 39 years on average, and on average they lived alone for 16.5 years. 2) As regards social activities based on "The checklist of Lively Social Activities, " in terms of individual activities only a few were in a higher or middle state of activities, and many of them showed a lower state of activities in social participation, learning activities and jobs. 3) With regard to the QOL based on the "QOL Inquiry List for the Elderly" by Ohta et al., their degree of satisfaction that derives from economic comfort and good health was lower than that of the women of their same age. 4) Their QOL scores were correlated with individual activities, cooking their meals by themselves, taking a bath every day, having their going out restricted, and their sleeplessness. It was also seen that, the longer their residence became, the lower their QOL was, and the more advanced their age was, the lower their QOL was. Conclusion : The QOL of the elderly women living alone is likely to be enhanced by lively individual activities, and cooking their meals by themselves, whereas their QOL is likely to be lowered by their length of residence, their age, having their going out restricted, and their sleeplessness., 保健学研究. 2007, 19(2), p. 31-41}, pages = {31--41}, title = {後期高齢女性のQOLと居住歴・生活・健康状態との関連}, volume = {19}, year = {2007} }
