The effects of the composition of the catalyst, synthesis temperature on the yield and structure of carbon nanotubes were investigated. The experimental results showed that small amount of Mo addition in Co could improve the yield of carbon nanotubes by 8 times. The carbon nanotubes synthesized using Co-Mo/MgO showed broader diameter distribution and “cup-type” structure., text, Nagasaki Symposium on Nano-Dynamics 2008 (NSND2008) 平成20年1月29日(火)於長崎大学 Poster Presentation, Nagasaki Symposium on Nano-Dynamics 2008 (NSND2008), pp.73-74}, pages = {73--74}, title = {Effect of Mo in Co-Mo/MgO catalysts on the synthesis yield and structure of carbon nanotubes}, year = {2008} }
