 note = {Modern corporation, as an adaptation system to its environment, must live in its environment eternally, because corporation as a going concern in modern society must be developed into an infinite existence, and as a social existence, into an eternal living system. Modern corporation, however, cannot live in this modern society without any living efforts. One of the most important living efforts is a potential for living ability and making its potential strong. What is the substance of eternal living ability and how can modern corporation make living ability stronger? This paper will try to explain the substance of living ability potential and instruments of eternal living ability. Most important elements include environment management and corporate philosophy, corporate ethic and corporate value which are precipitated in fundamentals of corporation. We study essence of environment management and substance of living potential.
