Control experiments of fly maggots in the privies by various larvicides."}]},"item_3_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1959-12-23","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"4","bibliographicPageEnd":"419","bibliographicPageStart":"414","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"1","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"長崎大学風土病紀要"},{"bibliographic_title":"Endemic diseases bulletin of Nagasaki University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"1) 1957年4月から1958月12月までの2ケ年に亘り,長崎市の周辺部落で,17%ダイアジノン乳剤の340～1000倍液,10%リンデン乳剤の100倍液,70%オルソヂクロロベンゼン乳剤の50倍液及び1%リンデン粉剤(家人が用便毎に撒布)を用いて,便池に於ける殺蛆の集団野外実験を行つた.2)薬剤を撒布する前に落し紙を沈め,幼虫が便表に出揃うのを待つて,便池の最大表面積に対して所定の稀釈液を3l/m^2で撒布した.粉剤の場合には家人に用便毎に撒布させ,週に1回ずつ使用量を秤量して補充した.3)各薬剤の殺蛆効果を比較するために,薬剤撒布2日後(オルソ剤の場合には1日後)に於ける残存高令幼虫及び新生弱令幼虫数を算え,7日後即ち次回の薬剤撒布直前に於ける発生高令幼虫数及び弱令幼虫数を調べて,1観察日,1便池毎の平均数を算定した.その効果を比較考察した結果次のような結論に到達した.4) 1%リンデン粉剤を,毎日,用便毎に撒布する方法は真面目に,適正に実施されるならば可成り良好な駆除効果が期待できるものと思われる.5)便池の殺蛆に対して最も効果があると思われるのはダイアジノン乳剤である.本剤は殺蛆効果が大であり,撒布後,成虫に対する忌避的効果或は新生幼虫に対する残留的効果が大であるので,新生幼虫の発生が遅れ,蛹化のための幼虫の移動が始まる以前に次回の撒布が行われることとなつて年を通じて略完全に便池の殺蛆が可能であると考えられる.これに要する費用は他の薬剤に比して最も低廉である.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"Field experiments to control fly maggots in privies were made using 1 to 50 diluent of 70% o-Dichlorobenzene emulsion, 1 to 340-1000 diluents of 17% Diazinon emulsion, 1 to 100 diluent of 10% Lindane emulsion and 1% Lindane powder.
