Therefore, we evaluated fresh properties of the portland blast-furnace cement mixed fly ash with the aim of effectively using industrial wastes and restraining applying loading to the environment. This evaluation can be used the blending design of portland blast-furnace cement mixed fly ash. The results of this study showed that as the rate of the crushed sand increases in the portland blast-furnace cement mixed fly ash, the setting time is getting shorter and the quantity of bleeding water is decreasing.
