University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"1965年,2月16日より同12月20日迄の間,長崎県下,諌早,有川,福江屠畜場において,ほぼ定期的に採血した肥育屠殺豚(生後6～8ケ月),合計2344頭の血中HI陽性率,及びそのHI価分布の季節的消長を調査し,その変動を指標として各被検豚生産地別にJEVの撤布汚染状況を推測し,次の所見を得た.1)調査地区の中で,島原地区産被検豚に5月24日採血の47頭中,7頭のHI陽性豚が認められた事は,その前後のHI陽性率と,その抗体価分布より見て,この年最初のJEV感染豚の出現を示唆するものがあり,注目された.2)確実にJEVの自然界撤布開始を示すと思われる屠場豚のHI陽性率上昇期は,島原,諌早地区の6月22日で,以後引続き県本土南部地域より北部地域に向って北進的に汚染地区の浸透拡大が認められた.五島地域は本土より時間的に2～3週間遅れて,その屠場豚HI陽性率の上昇が始まったが,その上昇速度は遅く,且,100%代に達せぬまま推移する傾向が見られた.3)県本土南部地域で観察された屠場豚のHI陽性率とその抗体価分布の変化より見て,この地区におけるJEV感受性豚のJEV感染の進行期間は,概ね6月下旬より7月下旬迄の約1ケ月間であり,8月上旬にはこの地区の豚感染はほぼ終了したと推定された.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"For
