The results are as follows. 1. The mode of chromosome number in infected HeLa cells was 67 (28%) with the range from 62 to 69, while those in uninfected cells (control) was 68 with the range from 66 to 68. 2. The karyotype analysis of infected cells revealed a decrease in groups B, C and D, and an increase in group A, F and G. 3. Such chromosome aberrations as double minutes and dicentries were observed in infected cells., 熱帯医学 Tropical medicine 15(1). p61-67, 1973}, pages = {61--67}, title = {ECHOウイルス11型の HeLa細胞の染色体に及ぼす形態的変化}, volume = {15}, year = {1973} }
