 note = {目的：近年関節リウマチ（Rheumatoid arthritis：以下RA）の治療は進歩し，新規抗リウマチ薬の管理方法が複雑になってきている．従って，RAによる症状に対するセルフケアや薬剤の自己管理能力の重要性が増してきている．本研究では，RA患者のセルフマネジメントの実態を把握するとともに，それに寄与する因子を明らかにすることを目的とした．対象と方法： 対象は，A病院とB病院に通院中の150名の女性RA患者とした．臨床的特徴，精神状態，日常
生活におけるセルフマネジメントについて，自記式質問紙を用いて調査した． 5 名の患者はその自記式質問紙が未完成のため除外され，145名の回答を解析した．結果：症状に対するマネジメントとしては「横になって休む」，徴候に対するマネジメントとしては「医師に相談する」，ストレスに対するマネジメントとしては「友人とおしゃべりする」，が最も多かった．また，セルフマネジメントは，年齢，SF-8の精神的健康度，健康状態に対する満足度，医療者との関係に対する満足度と負の相関を示した．結論：医療者は，RA患者と症状や徴候，セルフマネジメントにおいて一致した認識を持ち，年齢や患者の状態に応じて対応することが重要である．, Purpose：In recent years treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA） has progressed, and the management of the newly developed anti-rheumatic drugs has been complicated. It is important to care their symptoms and manage the medicine by themselves. We elucidated self-management and the factors which 
contributed to it in patients with RA. 
Subjects and Methods：One hundred and fifty female RA patients, who were outpatients of A and B hospitals, were registered in this study. We investigated their clinical characteristics, mental status and self-management in daily life using a self-administered questionnaire. Five patients were excluded because they didn’t complete the questionnaire, and 145 patients were analyzed.
Results：A stay on their bed was the most common behavior as a symptom management, a consultation with a doctor as a sign-management, and chattering with their friends as a stress-management. The selfmanagement
was negatively correlated with age, mental component summary of SF-8, satisfaction with
their health status and relationship with medical staffs. Conclusion：It was suggested that it was important to achieve a consensus on the symptoms, the signs and the self-managements between medical staffs and RA patients, and to have a relationship with RA
