The extract was allowed to evaporate and the residue thus obtained was administered orally to 4 pariah dogs naturally infected with Dirofilaria immitis at 150mg/kg/day for 45 days. The treatment resulted in 98% and 99% reduction in microfilarial density on day 45 and day 75, respectively following the onset of treatment. Microfilarial density rose gradually and the level of reduction in the sampling on day 165 was 59%. No toxic effect in the form of a change in movement, body weight and temperature was observed in the treated dogs. The prolonged maintenance of reduced level of microfilarial density may be ascribed to the partial elimination of adult worms.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_64":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"熱帯医学 Tropical medicine 37(1). p35-37, 1995","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_publisher_33":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"長崎大学熱帯医学研究所"}]},"item_3_source_id_10":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN00199644","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_3_source_id_7":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"03855643","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_3_text_62":{"attribute_name":"sortkey","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"P00035-P00037"}]},"item_3_text_63":{"attribute_name":"出版者別言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"Institute of Tropical Medicine, Nagasaki University"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Chakraborty, Tanushree"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Sinhababu, Santi Prasad"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Sukul, Nirmal Chandra"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2020-12-24"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"tm37_01_05_t.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"318.4 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"tm37_01_05_t.pdf","url":"https://nagasaki-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/25329/files/tm37_01_05_t.pdf"},"version_id":"9429051e-210c-4aec-98fb-e93b4cc5608e"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Antifilarial Effect of a Plant Acacia auriculiformis on Canine Dirofilariasis","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Antifilarial Effect of a Plant Acacia auriculiformis on Canine Dirofilariasis"}]},"item_type_id":"3","owner":"2","path":["1887"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2006-04-26"},"publish_date":"2006-04-26","publish_status":"0","recid":"25329","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Antifilarial Effect of a Plant Acacia auriculiformis on Canine Dirofilariasis"],"weko_creator_id":"2","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-05-15T23:40:16.609769+00:00"}
