 note = {Citizen organization of "DansaNax・Nagasaki" is formed as a part of welfare community planning which being discussed once a month. The field study was carried out at the district of Urakami in Nagasaki City on March 4,1999. The main purpose of the investigation was about continuity between some barrier-free facilities. As a result of this investigation, it can be said that visible things or its method are emphasized in Japan for the barrier-free and it seems that the advanced idea is being neglected. However, it cannot be called as "humanity town planning" in the concept of the thing and method only.
