The stairs of a walkway bridge are too hard for the handicapped to use, so a walkway bridge near Nagasaki University was removed in this August. In this paper the authors introduced this removal work and investigated the consciousness on the removal of walkway bridge of citizens including streetcar users by using questionaire survey.
