 note = {The Huis Ten Bosch, a concepted park located in the southern part of Sasebo City, has attempted to create an environmental city. In this study, we analyzed the ground surface temperature around the HTB and the sea surface temperature of the Ohmura Bay adjacent to the HTB by using satellite remote sensing analysis of Landsat/TM data. The ground surface temperature in the year of 2000 returned to the almost same level as before construction of the HTB except for parking area by efforts such as tree planting.
