 note = {The purpose of this study is to clarify the impact of housing policy focus on public housing during the post-war reconstruction period. Building process and change of land ownership were grasped by aerial photographs, map materials, newspaper databases and registry. As the result, the number of public housing units built was smaller than the required number.
