 note = {Since 1978 Reforms, China's Economy has developed rapidly, so to became the second giant of the world Economy in 2010. China's Economy has had many institutional and structural factors which have supported fast economic growth. According to the author's understanding, these factors like socialist market economy, mixed economy with dominant social ownership, hukou（戸籍）system, huge number of off-farm workers（農民工）, housing provident fund（住房公積金）, collective land ownership etc, which had contributed for rapid economic growth. The author forecast next over 30years China will achieve one of the best economic performance in the world. Chinese SOE shall attain remarkable progress in profitability in cope with private owned enterprise or foreign capital owned one.
