Local governments promote effective use of wildlife instead of carcass disposal through burial to provide economic incentives to the involved farmers and hunters. However, prevailing prejudice that wildlife is gamy seems to impede general consumption of game meat. This study is aimed to motivate incorporation of game meat as an ingredient. The preparation of novel game dishes, from planning to tasting, was revealed to impart some recreational enjoyment together with a member of party.
