 note = {The purpose of this study is to clarify actual conditions of the vacant house bank system and to extract the requirements for this system to lead to regional revitalization. In Nagasaki Prefecture, 81% of the municipalities have established the vacant house bank, and by establishing various other subsidy systems, they are trying to reduce vacant houses and increase immigrants. In Higashisonogi Town, we found that low rents greatly affect the needs of vacant houses.
