 note = {This study examined predictors of Japanese students’ attitudes toward seeking counseling. Participants were 149 undergraduate and graduate students（42 males and 107 females）with a mean age of 20.5 years. They answered the measures of attitudes toward emotional experiences, perception of stigma of seeking counseling, distress, and attitudes toward seeking counseling.
