 note = {福島県川内村において，住民の地域活動推進のための人材育成の一環として，住民参加型「健康サポーター」育成講座を実施した．この研究の目的は，川内村において住民参加型によるサポーター育成講座を地域介入として実施し，プログラム評価と地域活動への影響（アウトカム）評価を行うことである．研究方法は，「健康サポーター」育成講座において実施されたワークショップの過程と成果について，
その後の自立発展性の観点から分析を行った．全 7 回のワークショップの結果，参加者らから，今後の地域づくりの目標として，①やりたいことができる身体をもつ，②確かな知的能力をもつ，③畑づくり，花づくりを通した活動を楽しむ，④気持ちよく交流できる仲間づくりをする，の 4 点が示された．これらの提案は，実際に地域活動として，住民達によって実施・展開されるに至った．また，「健康サポーター」育成講座の参加者の自己効力感は高く地域リーダーとして活動が可能な人材であった．被災後の地域活動を促進する必要性が高い川内村において，住民による地域活動を推進するには，地域特性に応じた目標設定と住民の主体性や自己効力感に焦点をあてたプログラム展開が効果的である可能性を示唆した．, A community-based participatory “Health Supporter” training program was conducted in
Kawauchi Village, Fukushima Prefecture, as part of human resources development for promotion of
community activities among residents. The aim of the study was to perform and evaluate the “Health Supporter” training program and to evaluate its impact on community activities. Analysis was performed on the training process and outcome of the program to evaluate for sustainability. As a result of the 7
workshops performed within the program, participants revealed the following 4 points as being necessary for community development: (1) being physically capable of doing something they want to do, (2) having reliable intellectual ability, (3) enjoying activities through tending fields or plants, and (4) making good friends. These proposals have actually been implemented and developed as community activities by the residents. Furthermore, the participants of the “Health Supporter” training program had a high sense of self-efficacy, and were able potential community leaders. The study suggests that setting appropriate goals according to community characteristics and addressing residents’ autonomy and self-efficacy are
