However, the current state of LTOT in Korea is unclear. We investigated using a questionnaire for the physicians of Korean medical facilities for the purpose of considering Korean current state in LTOT and issues from the view point of a physical\ntherapist. As a result of a questionnaire, response was provided from 94 people. The main purpose of prescription of LTOT was reduction of dyspnea, but it was not esteemed about daily life activities. A medical doctor mainly guided to the patient, and there were few chances when a physical therapist participated in\nguidance of exercise training and the pulmonary rehabilitation. In addition, the total of the instruction time for per a patient was short within 3-5 minutes.
