First, we review some studies regarding the standard move in MONOPOLY to which refers some disciplines, i.e., Operations Research, Game Theory, and Mathematical Approaches. Second, we try to clarify the gateways between the game and those disciplines respectively only to point out the importance of the game. Last, comparing the wellknown classical principles of management（Fayol, 1916）with the standard move in management（Noda, 1985 ? Sato, 2011）, we focus on the critical importance of the stable employment for the future of employees as well as firms.
