 note = {This study aims at obtaining knowledge that leads to sustainabili ty of residential areas from the
viewpoint of Social Mix. As an indicator of social mix, “employment type”, “demographic
composition”, “gender ratio” are used. We conducted a comparative survey of the situation of the target residential areas and the attributes of the resident.
