First, after reviewing the history of the actual banks briefly, we describe the emerging process of banks in the capitalistic economy by not historically but theoretically. Second, we compare the Bank/Banker in MONOPOLY with the financial capital(in theory)from some specific viewpoints, i.e., risk, risk-hedge, creditor, loan condition, loan customer, main business, etc. Then, we rethink the significance and role of the financial capital. Third, we try to explain the reason why the Bank/Banker in MONOPOLY can keep away from any conflict of interest among all players(including the Banker him/herself). Looking into the historical process of the juridical span in so-called “real subrogation,” we can find that the tone of the Judgments of the Supreme Court in Japan has changed thus far : from for actual financial institutions to against them. This is why they can never play part of the government or the court either, while the Bank/Banker in MOMOPOLY can and/or must do both., 経営と経済, 96(4), pp.1-22; 2017}, pages = {1--22}, title = {MONOPOLYRと銀行}, volume = {96}, year = {2017} }
