 note = {The University of Nagasaki began the “Learn on the Island” Project Based Learning (PBL) Program from 2013, as a "CoC Project" of the MEXT. The students are discovery and resolution of regional issues of the islands of Nagasaki Prefecture for learning PBL process. This project aims, the students are discovery of the regional issues on the island and resolving the issues by themselves with learning the PBL process and method. In this paper, we introduce a new e-learning system for this project to solve problems were finding on trial program of this project had done in this year.
