Methods: This prospective observational study examined 45 eyes of 45 patients with central retinal vein occlusion before treatment. Blood flow in large vessels around and at the optic disk, aqueous VEGF concentration, and arteriovenous passage time were examined. Blood flow was evaluated as mean blur rate by laser speckle flowgraphy. Results: Fluorescein angiography found 20 ischemic and 25 nonischemic type eyes. Aqueous VEGF concentration in the ischemic type was significantly higher than that in the nonischemic type (P = 0.01). Arteriovenous passage time was significantly correlated to the logarithm of the aqueous VEGF concentration (P = 0.0001). Mean blur rate of the affected eye/ mean blur rate of the unaffected eye of the ischemic type was significantly lower than the nonischemic type (P = 0.039). Additionally, mean blur rate was significantly correlated both to the logarithm of the aqueous VEGF concentration (P , 0.0001) and to the arteriovenous passage time (P = 0.0001). Conclusion: Laser speckle flowgraphy may be useful for predicting aqueous VEGF concentration and severity of central retinal vein occlusion.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_63":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Retina, 35(10), pp.2037-2042; 2015","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_publisher_33":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"Lippincott Williams and Wilkins"}]},"item_2_relation_12":{"attribute_name":"DOI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type":"isVersionOf","subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"10.1097/IAE.0000000000000595","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}}]},"item_2_rights_13":{"attribute_name":"権利","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_rights":"c 2015 by Ophthalmic Communications Society, Inc."},{"subitem_rights":"This is a non-final version of an article published in final form in Retina, 35(10), pp.2037-2042; 2015"}]},"item_2_source_id_7":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0275004X","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_2_version_type_16":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_ab4af688f83e57aa","subitem_version_type":"AM"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Yamada, Yoshihisa"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Suzuma, Kiyoshi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Matsumoto, Makiko"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Tsuiki, Eiko"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Fujikawa, Azusa"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Harada, Takafumi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Kitaoka, Takashi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2020-12-21"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"Retina35_2037.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"356.7 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"Retina35_2037.pdf","url":"https://nagasaki-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/4759/files/Retina35_2037.pdf"},"version_id":"354b7dff-c25c-4ef6-a587-24fcdfd139da"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"Arteriovenous Passage Time","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Central Retinal Vein Occlusion","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Laser Speckle Flowgraphy","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Retinal Blood Flow","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"RETINAL BLOOD FLOW CORRELATES TO AQUEOUS VASCULAR ENDOTHELIAL GROWTH FACTOR IN CENTRAL RETINAL VEIN OCCLUSION","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"RETINAL BLOOD FLOW CORRELATES TO AQUEOUS VASCULAR ENDOTHELIAL GROWTH FACTOR IN CENTRAL RETINAL VEIN OCCLUSION"}]},"item_type_id":"2","owner":"2","path":["9"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2016-11-01"},"publish_date":"2016-11-01","publish_status":"0","recid":"4759","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["RETINAL BLOOD FLOW CORRELATES TO AQUEOUS VASCULAR ENDOTHELIAL GROWTH FACTOR IN CENTRAL RETINAL VEIN OCCLUSION"],"weko_creator_id":"2","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-05-16T03:15:49.190889+00:00"}
