 note = {We clarified the actual situation of scenery management of Nakashima river, Teramachi, Maruyama area in Nagasaki city. In addition, we classified facade design and examined approaches to subsidy system and landscape standard. As a result, while public landscape management did not progress well, 
we also found activities to improve the landscape voluntarily. Next, we conducted a questionnaire survey in Fukahori area. There were many requests for support from government and universities.
