The aerodynamic noise which is generated due to the wake vortex is recognized as a dominant factor of the noise. First of all, the accuracy of the prediction equation of the analytical model is validated in the wind tunnel experiment using the NACA00 series blades. The aerodynamic performance and noise of an actual wind turbine are measured in another suction type wind tunnel.
